Return to Magic?

Beh, maybe not quite yet.
Apart from my backache from the hard chairs, also I have been typing the infinitely long blog comment somewhere, on this unergonomical keyboard - it really sucks.

Played magic for the first time in over a year - Feels... well more fun than I thought.
Last thing I played was a PT, so on that all-too-serious level, failing really sucks.  It's really deflating.  You feel that everything someone else does is so much better than what you do.  Also you feel that 'No Mercy' attitude in the air everytime you play anyone.  I guess I wasn't ready for it again.  I played like maybe hmm... not sure the exact number, 20 ptqs`? 15?  Winning 2 is statistically high.  Winning 2 is like, I have some potential there, but maybe alot of luck two...  Winning 2 ptqs in the end, just tells you you played better than the rest of the people at your PTQ, you had a better deck for the metagame, or a combination of the two.   Winning at a PT would be really something.

This kind of perfectionist, self-beating attitude is both at times helpful and at times harmful, so I guess I'm taking it more casually atm.
